Adoption Update - fundraising

We've been able to save about $10,000 of our salary pinching pennies these past few years for the adoption with an additional $4,000 raised in fundraising (mainly . It will likely cost toward $40,000 for us to be able to take Baby Hoffman #2 home with us. Would you consider a special gift or monthly support to partner in ministry with Frontier Ventures/Perspectives and/or our family growing. Monthly support can be given via the donate link on the right. A special adoption gift can be given toward the matching grant we've established.

Local to RDU? Save the Date: February 16

Join us February 16 for a dinner, variety show and auction benefiting the adoption. For a fun filled night to attend as a group, plan to join us for a catered dinner, show, and auction with items such as:

What's Next?

Once we have the funding up front to move forward with the adoption, we will be able to say yes to a potential match. As of now, we are getting emails with different cases. Once we have funding secured we will be able to discern if a situation is right for us and be in the running for that baby to join our family. The birthmother will review a few different family situations herself and she would be the final decision maker in if that baby comes to our family.

We look forward to this faith stretching part of the journey where we put ourselves out there, fight fear of rejection and trust that God will be with us through the ups and downs.
