2015 Family Update

Merry Christmas from the Hoffmans!
May we remember this season for the truth that Christ came a part of the overall plan of God to restore and resurrect the earth and its peoples. That mission to conquer sin, death and destruction is still true today, and we are his ambassadors. May we show the incarnation of Christ to the world and overcome the darkness.

2015 Family Update
2015 was a fun year in the Hoffman household. Our daughter is now four. She is getting taller and taller each month. She brings fullness of life to everything she touches. She's enjoyed having weekly ballet/tap lessons and wants to "shake her groove thing." She has been in a four-day preschool program continuing to learn and grow. She has a knack for soccer that we discovered this year as well. She continues to develop her compassion for others, and has recently become interested in hosting parties. We have loved building the joy of hospitality in her and hope this grows.

Other Big Updates for 2015:

• Adam and Melissa celebrated 10 years of marriage
• Adam finished his MBA program
• Adam and Melissa become the Perspectives Southeast Regional Directors
• Adam and Melissa sensed a vision to see 50 classes in the Southeast by 2020
• The organization USCWM was rebranded to become Frontier Ventures

Looking ahead to 2016 ...
We long to see what God is going to do in Perspectives for 2016. As we've reported earlier, we are riding the wave of the Holy Spirit in leading teams of volunteers to run local Perspectives classes. We will take our mobilization passion "to the streets" with a combined 18 teaching opportunities this Spring. We'll have a full annual cycle under our belt as we celebrate one year on the job in April. Melissa is also heavily involved in the Perspectives National Conference (Baltimore July) that will bring in our Perspectives volunteers from across the country. In the Fall we will be coordinating the local PSP class and will begin homeschooling Noriah for Kindergarten.

Raising support has to be a high goal for us in 2016, we are praying that this will be the year we make it to 100% Currently we are under our monthly funding goal by $3000. Please pray with us that we will be diligent with our support raising and God will increase our network.
